Both standing and seated twists this week were the focus of my classes with the emphasis on narrowing the right side of the back, when turning right, and widening the left half of the back (when turning right). And vice versa.
Swastikasana, turn left, turn right. Establish this action of narrowing and widening. Repeat in all the twists.
