Sequence for the week ending 4/28/2019

After spending six days in Dallas for the yoga convention, I was inspired to do some standing poses with outer upper thigh gripping. I’ve taught a similar action in standing poses and the class taught on the first day of the convention by Abhi reinforced this idea.

Baddha Konasana four times, once with the soles of the feet together and then three more times with narrow, medium and wide blocks between the feet.

Virabhadrasana II
Ardha Chandrasana
Salamaba Sarvangasana
Supta Padangustasana
