FIRST VINYASA – Surya Namaskar
Tadasana and urdhva hastasana to utkatasana to uttanasana to lung to downward facing dog to plank to upward facing dog to downward facing dog to lung to uttanasana to urdhva hastasana to tadasana. We replaced the lung with jump, replaced the plank for chaturanga dandasana.
SECOND VINYASA
Trikonasana to Virabhadrasana II to Parsvakonasana to Ardha Chandrasana to Parsvakonasana to Virabhadrasana II to Trikonasana
THIRD VINYASA
Parsvottanasana to Parivritta Trikonasana to Vira III to Vira I
FOURTH VINYASA
Tadasana and urdhva hastasana to uttanasana to malasana to paripurna navasana to malasana to uttanasana to urdhva hastasana in tadasana
FIFTH VINYASA
All on one side to Bharadvajasana to triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana, to Krounchasana to Marichyasana I and III, Janusirsasana, Ardha Matsyandrasana to (second side) Bharadvajasana to triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana, to Krounchasana to Marichyasana I and III, Janusirsasana, Ardha Matsyandrasana
