Sequence for the week ending 7/26/2020

Lay over blocks
Urdvahastasana with arms in four directions
Belt elbows and clasp hands so there is a triangle from elbow to clasped hands to elbow. Take arms up, lift elbows to ceiling, drop clasp hands to back of the neck. Repeat with foam block (or Kleenex box!) between hands
Half Pinchamyurasana with arms in three different positions. Lift one leg, then the other
Ardha bhekasana
Urdhva danurasana over the back of the chair or on a bolster. Repeat arms from earlier
Prasarita Paddotanasana
Sirsasana (if confident)
Salamba Sarvangasana or alternative
