As one of Pam’s yoga students for roughly the past 10 years I can honestly say her classes are wonderful.  She gives clear, patient, step-by-step instruction, recognizes my limitations and provides gentle encouragement. It’s the pay-off I see that keeps me coming (even in the cold of winter!). The catch in my hip that once bothered me is gone. I’m more limber than before and my balance is improving. Yoga has become a daily part of my life now, if only a few poses at a time.  Consider me hooked on yoga!
