Chair bharadvajasana
Chair pasasana
Chair Marichyasana III, I
Forward bend with legs wide, center, right and left
Parivritta Trikonasana
Adho Mukha svanasana
bharadvajasana to trianga mukhaekiapadapachimottanasana, krunchasana, marichyasana III, I, janusirsanana to matsyandrasana. Again with the second side of all these poses.
