Parivritta Trikonasana
Bharadvajasana to Trianga mukiekapada paschimottanasana to krounchasana to marichyasana 1 and 3, to janusirsasana, to ardha matsyandrasana to bharadvajasana … repeat the entire sequence on the other side.
