Swastikasana – LTWY (YWLT backwards!)
Lie over blocks two ways
Adho Mukha Svanasana – downward facing dog

Supta Padangustasana
Sit on floor in front of chair with the strap looped over the back of the chair. Take the strap up, over your head and then “walk” hands down the strap. Arch over the back of the chair. You can add a couple of blankets or a bolster on the seat of the chair to rest your head.
Dwi pada viparita dandasana on a chair
Eka pada virparita dandasana on a chair
Half full arm balance with feet on seat of the chair
Sirsasana
Sarvangasana – dropback to setubandha
Supported pose of the child
Savasana with bolster under knees or calves on the seat of the chair
