Adho mukha svanasana with first finger and thumb tips at wall/floor
Arm work, spread palm on wall shoulder height or lower and extend into arm/into wall
Adho mukha svanasana with hands on blocks propped up against the wall at an angle
Vrksasana with bent knee touching the wall
Parsvakonasana – back foot at the wall
Parsvakonasana – front foot on block at the wall
Ardha Chandrasana – back foot on the wall (yes! the “up” leg)
Ardha Chandrasana – back to the wall
Tadasana – back against the wall. YWTL
Vipariti Karani/legs up the wall as savasana
