This class used the wall for all the poses. If you don’t have a wall handy, you could, of course do the poses without the wall.

While seated, urdha vastasana – can the thumbs touch the wall??
Downward facing dog with thumb and first finger tips at the wall/floor juncture

While standing with the wall to your right, press palm and fingers to wall, hand about shoulder height
Trikonasana with the back foot pinkie toe side of the foot at the wall
Virabadrasana II – with the front foot at the wall, on a block. Can add a foam block between the knee and the wall
Ardha Chandrasana – half moon pose – with the “up” foot on the wall. Repeat with the back to the wall
Parivrtta Trikonasana – start with side to the wall and twist so your front side faces the wall
