Sit in a simple cross legged position or between your feet
Baddha Konasana – sitting on a high height. Soles of the feet together, lean back on hands, gently press one thigh, then the other. Repeat with a skinny block between the feet, a medium block and a wide block
Use hands to gently take right ear to right shoulder, left ear to left shoulder, chin to chest
Modified gomukasana arms with one arm behind head, other arm in front, hook fingers
Seated padangustasana 4 – put fifth toe side of right foot in the crook of the left elbow, take right arm behind head/right hand in front of left shoulder and hook finger tips.
Upa vista konasana
supta padanagustasana – 1, 2, 3, modified 4 (similar to the seated padangustasana 4 variation above)
Prasarita Padottanasana
