Swastikasana (simple cross legs)
Foot and ankle work
Baddha Konasana – straighten one leg to a modified Janusirsana or seated tree pose
“Bird dogs”
Adho mukha virasana
Adho mukha Svanasana – leg lifts, plank. Leg lifts then knee to nose/nose to knee
Supta Baddha Konasana to Supta Vrksasana (Supine Tree pose)
Supta Garudasana (Supine Eagle Pose)
Vrksasana – knee against wall, without support
Garudasana – on chair, standing
Ardha Chandrasana- with chair, with blocks
Sirsasana or prasarita paddotanasana
Salamba Sarvangasana or alternative
Savasana
