This class was the day after Thanksgiving. A tradition with a large number of us here in Ann Arbor, the first part of the class is twists and the second part restorative poses.

Seating on a chair gomukasana. One arm of gomukasana and use shoulderblade to turn chest
Chair Bharadvajasana
“Swan dive” holding the back of the chair, let go with one hand and let the arm swing across to the opposite leg for a chair pasasana. Repeat with feet up on blocks.

Parivritta Trikonasana to the seat of the chair. Repeat with blocks
