Hips and Hamstrings was the focus of this sequence

Simple cross legged (swastikasana) or virasana
Baddha Konasana sitting on a high height with a narrow block, medium block, wide block between feet.
Upa vista konasana
foot work
Supta padangustasana
Ubayu padangustasana
Foot on the seat of the chair, fold forward and put hands on chair seat, block on the highest setting on the floor and then your ankle
Garudasana on the chair, standing
Tree pose – vrksasana
Savasana
