Sit tall on the seat of the chair. Externally rotate one arm while internally rotating the other. Go back and forth, lean a little, look a little.
Uttihita Hasta Padangustasana with one leg up on the back (or seat) of the chair
Standing poses with the front foot on the bottom of the seat of the chair: parsvottanasana, Virabhadrasana 1, Trikonasana, Virabhadrasana 2 and Parsvakonasana, ardha uttanasana
Chair shoulderstand (going off the back of the chair)
Supta Virasana using the upside down chair and bolster as support
Baddha konasana forward bending resting the forehead on the seat of the chair
Savasana with the calves on the seat of the chair
