The first half of the class concentrated on inversions, the second half restorative poses.

Swastikasana or Virasana – Gomukasana arms, urdhva hastasana with the strap in four directions
Lie over blocks – urdhva hastasana arms in four directions
supta padangustasana 1, 2, 3
Adho Mukha Svanasana
Full Arm Balance prep – lying prone on the floor with arms pressing into the wall, half full arm balance, full if possible
Sirsasana or Ardha sirsasana
Chair sarvangasana
Baddha konasana forward bend to the seat of the chair
Supta Baddha konasana
Supported pose of the child
Vipariti Karani
