Sequence from the week ending 10/25/20

Vajrasana – forward bend with the action of abdomen back, chest lifted, chin lifted, thumbs deepening the crease of the pant. Repeat with different feet variations
Gomukasana Arms with the variation of taking the bottom arm in front instead of back
Adho mukha virasana – forward, left, right, forward
Adho Mukha svanasana
Supta padangustasana 4 prep – rocking the leg while sitting, putting the pinkie toe side of the right foot in the crook of the left elbow, taking the right arm in gomukasana, hook fingers or grab strap
Supta padangustasana 4 – variation as above with pinkie toe side of the foot in the crook of the elbow
Adho Mukha svanasana
Sirsasana or prasarita paddottanasana
Halasana and Sarvangasana
