Sit on chair – urdhva hastasana, internally and externally roll arms
With the back of the chair against the wall, loop a strap over the back of the chair. Sit on the floor or a blanket in front of the chair with the tips of your shoulderblades at the front edge of the seat of the chair. Take the strap in two hands and lift UP. Then “climb” down the strap, maybe getting to the back of the chair.
