Lunge – left knee to floor (maybe foot to wall if you have one), right knee over right ankle. Rock back and forth, lift toes, don’t lift toes
Lunge – take chest towards floor and up. Hands on high blocks, lift chest, hands on knee, arms overhead (if stable)
Tuesday’s class went to sirsasana (headstand) and salamba sarvangasana (shoulderstand)
Thursday’s class did Virabhadrasana 2 to parsvakonasana. Virabhadrasana 1.
Tuesday’s class did the twist vinyasana: All on one side to Bharadvajasana to triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana, to Krounchasana to Marichyasana I and III, Janusirsasana, Ardha Matsyandrasana to (second side) Bharadvajasana to triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana, to Krounchasana to Marichyasana I and III, Janusirsasana, Ardha Matsyandrasana
