Swastikasana (sit cross legged) – baddhanguliasana, gomukasana, garudasana arms
Insert finders between toes
Rock leg, hook back of the knee in the crook of elbow, then over shoulder
Put fifth toe side of right foot in the crook of the left elbow, switch
Suptapadangustasana 1, 2, 3, 4
Adho mukha svanasana
Garudasana
Vrksasana
Ardha Chandrasana (some classes)
Sirsasana (intermediate only)
Salamba Sarvangasna or Vipariti Karani
