Padmasana prep work with legs up the wall or a variation of suptapadangustasana 4 with legs bent/feet on floor crossing one leg over the other
Parsvottanasna
Parivritta Trikonasana (revolved triangle)
Virabhadasana 1 (warrior 1)
Parivritta Parsvakonasana (revolved side angle pose)
Adho mukha svanasana (downward facing dog) with head support
Prasarita Padottanasana with head support
