Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog) – lift leg, pull knee to nose, lift leg

Supta padangustasana 1, 2, 3 and dead bug
Stand with one foot on the seat of the chair, forward bend to put hands on the seat of the chair, on a block in front of the chair, grab your ankle (20 sec holds)
Sit on Chair, rock your leg supporting the knee with one hand, ankle with the other
Garudasana legs, Garudasana on the chair, Garudasana standing (eagle pose)
Vrksasana (tree pose)
Parsvottanasana
Virbhadrasana 1
Sirsasana or Prasarita Padottanasana
Sarvangasana or Vipariti Karani
Upa vista, twist to one side, then the other
Savasana
