Swastikasana (simple cross legs) – simple twist right and left
lean to the right and left to create length in the opposite side of trunk
Paschimottanasana – benchmark pose. See the quality of the pose and how far your face is from your legs
Cross legged forward bends, forward, right and left
Siddhassaana with head resting on floor, buttocks off the floor if necessary
Paschimottanasana – check quality, distnace
Parsvottanasana
Parivritta Trikonasana
Parsvottanasana
Parivritta Ardha Chandrasana
Adho Mukha Svanasana
Sirsasana (in advanced class only)
Sarvangasana or legs up the wall
Paschimottanasana
Savasana
