Swastikasana (Simple cross legs)
Virasana (Hero Pose) with Urdvahastasana using a strap – for different arm positions, narrow the belt and repeat
Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog) – three different widths of hands/legs
Adha Bhekasana (half frog pose)
Salabhasana – using the strap on the wrists
Dhanurasana (bow pose)
Parsvottanasana – using the strap on the wrists behind and then over head
Virabhadrasana 1 – (warrior 1) using the strap on the wrists behind and then over head
Chatush Padasana (four footed pose)
Setubandha – one block under sacrum, one block under feet
Supta Padangustasana
Savasana
