Simple twist right and left in swastikasana – TALL
Forward bend while sitting with legs crossed – forward, right and left
Simple twist right and left – LOW, catching the elbow on the opposite thigh
Marichyasana I, III
Suptapadangustasana 1, 2, and 3
Parsvottanasana – touch and go with the hands under shoulders, way out front, in between feet, cross hand over opposite leg/other hand on hip, elbow to thigh like low simple twists/Marichyasana III
