More backbends this week with the same attention to the line connecting the tips of the shoulder blades and the thigh/buttock juncture.

Swastikasana (sit with simple cross legs)
Cross bolsters
Lie over one blanket that was trifolded
Ardha Supta Virasana
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog)
Salabasana
Ustrasana (Camel Pose)
Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog)
Dwi Pada viparita dandasana (one group did this while the other group did rope purvotasana)
rope purvotasana (one group did this while the other group did Dwi Pada viparita dandasana)
Sirsasana (advanced group only) Rope downward facing dog if not headstand
Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) legs up the wall as an alternative
Chair Bharadvajasana
Savasana
