This week’s sequences went sideways. Sometimes that happens. Either the execution of the plan just doesn’t go as I expect or the class participants come with aches, pains or a different level of energy (or I do). So, here are a couple of sequences from this week.

“shift, lift, slide” in plank
Utthita padangustasana at the wall with a chair
Vajrasana (sitting on the heels) with a rolled up sticky mat in the backs of the knees, at the belly of the calf and at the achilles
Uttanasana on the bottom of the seat of the chair
Lunge on the seat of the chair
Virabhadrasana I with the front foot on the chair
Parsvottanasana with hands to the chair
