It’s back to yoga time! Standing poses with an emphasis of gripping the outer upper thigh and lengthening from the groin to the inner knee was the focus of our sequences.
Swastikasana with baddhanguliasana – simple cross legs with fingers intertwined and arms over head)
Baddha konasana – soles of the feet together, block between feet. Extend from inner groin to inner knee

Twists and forward bends. We did a sequence of twists and forward bends all on the right side and then all on the left side.
