It’s the last week of the session and the last week of teaching for me for a couple of weeks, so this week was a quiet encasement sequence. Quiet, in this case, means restorative, bolstered, long held poses. Encasement in the case, means the first pose is the last pose, the second pose is the second to the last pose, etc. There are plenty of sequences here so if you’re looking for inspiration to practice on your own in the yoga desert of the end of August, there’s something for everyone.
