Sequence for the week ending 7/14/2019

We did twists this week … and then more twists!

Swastikasana  – simple twist right and left
Virasana with baddanguliasana
Leg Lifts
Jatara Parivartanasana
Marichyasana I, II
We hung on the ropes (half the length) to lengthen our torsos
Parivritta Trikonasana
Parivritta Parsvakonasana
Sarvangasana – twists variation
String these together – Bharadvajasana to Trianga Mukha eka pada pachimottanasa to Krounchasana to Marichyasana I, III to Janusirsasana to Ardha Matysandrasana. Then, you should be back to Bharadvajasana on the second side!
