Sequence for the week ending 6/30/2019

More standing poses this week, stringing them together in the intermediate classes. Last week was the solstice so we started with sun salutations and then put the lateral poses together, then used prasarita paddottanasana to go from left to right.

Adho Mukha Svanasana
Adho Mukha Svanasana to plank
Adho Mukha Svanasana to plank, lift one leg, then the other. Then one arm, then the other. Then one leg and the opposite hand.
Surya Namaskarasana (Sun salutations)
Trikonasana to Parsvakonasana to Virabhadrasana II
Prasarita Paddottanasana to Parsvottanasana to Parivrtta Trikonasana to Parsvottanasana to Prasaritat Paddottanasana to the other side
Sirsasana or hanging dog with head resting on something
Salamba Sarvangasana
Simple seated twist and a forward bend
