There’s an abdominal component in most of my sequences this summer, including this one. The standing poses this week were done in a cross lateral way, taking the front foot to the front/long edge of the mat and the back foot to the back long edge of the mat as well as against the wall. Then we did standing poses with the front foot on the bottom of the seat of the chair.
