Sequence for the week ending 3/10/2019

We used a second belt in supta padangustasana to connect the to of the up leg to the foot of the bottom leg. We repeated this in the standing poses.

Swastikasana (simple cross legs)
Virasana (hero pose)
Supta padangustasana (hand to big toe pose)
Uttanasana (intense stretch)
Urdhva Prasarita Ekapadasana
Trikonasana (triangle pose)
Parsvakonasana (side angle pose)
Parsvottanasana
Sirsasana (headstand)
Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand)
simple cross legged twist and a forward bend
savasana
