Sequence for the week ending 2/3/2019

The idea this week was to open up. After all the hunching and bracing against the cold, the idea was to “uncurl” and get length in the arms, legs, spine and (especially) open the chest.
Adho Mukha Savanasana
Hang from the ropes with straight arms and “sit down”
Supta padanguastasana with small loop in the strap, strap on the foot, arms overhead
Supta Vrksasana
Dwi Pada Viparita Dandasana
Eka Pada Viparita Dandasana
Sirsasana (intermediate class only)
Salamba Sarvangasana with vrksasana and eka pada variations
