Baby it’s cold outside so we’re moving from pose to pose to generate some body heat.

Adho Mukha Svanasana
Tadasana to Urdhva Hastasana to Uttanasana to malasana (on a chair or pile of blankets or, eventually, floor) to malasana to uttanasana to Urdhva hastasana to tadasana
Sun salutations
Rollie Pollie – from being seated with bent knees/feet on the floor, roll backwards, touch toes on the floor over head (or not). Then do with straight knees.
Uttihita Trikonasana
Parivrtta Trikonasana
Uttihita Parsvakonasana
Parivrtta Parsvakonasana
Sirsasana (only in the intermediate classes)
Salamba Sarvangasana
