Seated twists and standing twists filled out the sequence for this week. We used the breath in the twists to find more ease and to see if we could twist further.
Swastikasana (seated cross legs) and twist
Bharadvajasana (in some classes)
Adho Mukha Svanasana
Parivrtta Trikonasana (some classes did parsvottanasana to revolved triangle)
Sirsasana (intermediate class only)
Salamba Sarvangasana (or vipariti Karani)
Bharadvajasana to triangmukiekapadapaschimottanasana to marichyasana I and III, to janursirsasana to ardha matysandrasana to bharadvajasana. Repeat on other side.
Or, supine bent knee twist to right and left
