Welcome to the fall session! Classes started again this week after a summer hiatus. This week’s focus was the base of the pose. In standing poses we concentrated on the four corners of the feet to find stability and balance. Here’s the sequence:

Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog)
Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Vrksasana (Tree Pose)
Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II)
Parsvakonasana (Extended side angle pose)
Uttanasana
Paripourna Navasana (Boat pose)
Urdhva Prasarita Padasana (Leg lifts)
Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulderstand) or Vipariti Karani
Twist seated in simple cross legs
Savasana
