Here’s one of the sequences I taught this week.
Swastikasana (simple cross legs)
Virasana (hero pose)
Urdhva hastasana (using belt, four arm positions)
Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward facing dog)
Handwork (on hands and knees, spread hands and lift as if you were lifting your arms up off the floor. Do this with hands in all four directions)
Supta padangustasana (hand to big toe pose)
“Deadbug”
Tadasana with gomukasana arms (Mountain pose with cow face pose arms)
Dwi Pada vipariti dandasana (two footed reversed staff pose) over a chair
Sirsasana (headstand)
Salamba sarvangasana (Shoulder stand)

Savasana (corpse pose)
